In 2019, we met through a shared love of salsa dancing. From the very first dance, there was an undeniable spark—something about the rhythm, the laughter, and the ease of that moment felt different.

What started as fun group outings and casual conversations quickly turned into a meaningful friendship. Over time, we found ourselves showing up not just for the music, but for each other. Late-night chats, weekend adventures, and quiet moments in between made it clear: something special was growing.

Over the next two years, we shared more than just dances. We shared dreams, supported each other through challenges, and celebrated the little wins together. Somewhere along the way, we realized it wasn’t just salsa that brought us together—it was love.

One of the milestones we’re most proud of is graduating with the same degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. As working adults, juggling responsibilities and life’s twists, we pushed each other to stay focused, stay grounded, and keep going. It wasn’t always easy, but we never let each other quit. Through late-night study sessions, long workdays, and everything in between—we stayed committed, not just to our goals, but to each other.

That season taught us so much about what it means to be a team. It deepened our foundation and reminded us that with mutual support, shared ambition, and love—we can do hard things. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved individually, but even more grateful for what we’ve built together.

Now, we’re excited to continue this journey as husband and wife. We’re so thankful for the love and encouragement of our family and friends, and we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you.
